What happens after I pay for my space?You’ll get a confirmation email straight away and be officially locked in. A few days before we begin, I’ll send you access to your online portal, plus details for our first live group call. There will be one exercise to do before we start on Monday 30th June and I'll send that to your shortly so you have plenty of time to do it!

When does the 28 Day IGNITE Immersion start?We kick off the Pilot Round Monday, 30th June with a live group call to set the tone for the week ahead. From there, you’ll receive access to one new prompt each day through your online portal (except Sundays, they are our Rest & Reflect days!).

How much time do I need to commit each day?Each day’s task is designed to be doable - some will take 10–20 minutes, others might invite a deeper dive of up to an hour. You can move at your own pace, but showing up consistently will help you get the most out of it.

What format is the content delivered in?You’ll receive a short, easy-to-follow video and a written prompt each day. Most days also include a worksheet - templates, planners, and extra tools to help you take action right away.

Is this a program I can binge in one go?Nope - this is a guided, step-by-step experience and it’s intentionally designed to build momentum over 28 days. Ideally we will start together, move together, and finish together! Each day the new prompt is available for you in your online portal, if you miss a day you can easily do 2 days in one to get back on track, without getting discouraged.

Will I get any support or feedback?Yes! We’ll connect at the start of each new week on a group Zoom call to check in, share wins, and go deeper into the upcoming week’s theme. You’ll also be able to ask questions and share in our private group space where I'll answer questions so everyone can then benefit from the answers. Also - I want to know how you are doing with it! As there are only 10 spaces per Immersion, I will be checking in randomly to see how you are doing.
